My name is Simon Naclerio and in September 2022 I began my training at the Equilibre-Formation school in Geneva. My enthusiasm for this discipline has grown steadily over the years.

__Kinesiology in a nutshell:__
Kinesiology is a discipline that aims to promote physical, emotional and energetic balance using techniques derived from traditional Chinese medicine, neuroscience and biomechanics.
Through muscle testing, it helps identify blockages or imbalances that can influence well-being, and suggests appropriate corrections to re-establish harmony of body and mind.
This approach is used to manage stress, improve posture, enhance concentration and support people suffering from physical, mental or emotional tension. It can be beneficial in a variety of situations, such as sleep disorders, chronic pain or lack of self-confidence.
