🌸 About me

Trained as a medical assistant, I chose to specialize in kinesiology, a discipline fully aligned with my quest forpersonal and professional fulfillment.

My background in pediatrics and general medicine has enabled me to acquire solid experience with patients of all ages, and to develop great ease in dealing with a variety of situations, both in adults and children.

Today, it is with enthusiasm, benevolence and passion that I practice as a kinesiologist and baby massage instructor. My goal: to accompany you towards better overall health and lasting well-being, by helping you rediscover your inner balance.

🌿 What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, natural and holistic approach that takes into account your whole being - physical, emotional, mental and energetic.

It's based on the idea that the body remembers stresses, emotions and imbalances experienced, sometimes unconsciously.

Using neuro-muscular verification, I identify the blockages that are disturbing your balance.

Once detected, various tools - such as Touch for Health, Brain Gym or Neuro-training - help to re-harmonize the body and activate its own self-regulating resources.

Kinesiology does not replace medical care, but acts as a complement to support your balance and vitality.

🧭 Course of a session

1. Assessment & definition of objectives
2. We begin with a time of exchange to identify your problems and define a clear objective together.
3. Kinesiology work
4. Using various balancing techniques (Touch for Health, Brain Gym, Neuro-training, etc.), we work to release tension, rebalance your energies and promote your awareness.
5. Integration & practice
6. The session ends with a moment of integration and, if necessary, a few simple exercises to carry out at home to prolong the benefits.

📆 Frequency & duration

• ⏱ S ession duration: approximately 1h to 1h15
• 🌱 Recommended frequency: an interval of around 3 weeks between each session, to promote lasting integration.

The effects can be felt quickly, but work over several sessions is often necessary to anchor the changes in depth.

My approach is based onlistening, gentleness and caring, in a safe environment where everyone can express themselves freely and move forward at their own pace.

I help you reconnect with your physical, mental and emotional senses, release blockages and rediscover your inner harmony.

Thanks to my experience in pediatrics and my sensitivity as a mother, I can accompany adults, children and babies alike, respecting their age and specific needs.
