My goal: to accompany you towards __better overall health__ and __lasting well-being__, by helping you rediscover your inner balance. ## 🌿 What is kinesiology? __Kinesiology__ is a __gentle, natural and holistic__ approach that takes into account your whole being - __physical, emotional, mental and energetic__. It's based on the idea that the __body remembers stresses, emotions and imbalances__ experienced, sometimes unconsciously. Using __neuro-muscular verification__, I identify the blockages that are disturbing your balance. Once detected, various tools - such as __Touch for Health__, __Brain Gym__ or __Neuro-training__ - help to __re-harmonize the body__ and activate its own self-regulating resources. > Kinesiology does not replace medical care, but acts as a __complement to__ support your balance and vitality. ## 🧭 Course of a session 1. __Assessment & definition of objectives__ 2. We begin with a time of exchange to identify your problems and define a clear objective together. 3. __Kinesiology work__ 4. Using various balancing techniques (Touch for Health, Brain Gym, Neuro-training, etc.), we work to __release tension__, __rebalance your energies__ and __promote your awareness__. 5. __Integration & practice__ 6. The session ends with a moment of integration and, if necessary, a few __simple exercises__ to carry out at home to prolong the benefits. ## 📆 Frequency & duration - ⏱ S __ession duration__: approximately __1h to 1h15__ - __🌱 Recommended frequency__: an interval of around __3 weeks__ between each session, to promote lasting integration. The effects can be felt quickly, but __work over several sessions__ is often necessary to anchor the changes in depth. ## My approach My approach is based on__listening, gentleness and caring__, in a safe environment where everyone can express themselves freely and move forward at their own pace.
