That’s exactly where kinesiology comes in. __What I Do, Specifically__ I use muscle testing to establish a direct dialogue with your nervous system: to identify where the blockages are—physical, emotional, or energetic—and to release them. Without medication. Without you having to explain everything in words. I work with adults, teens, children, and babies to: - overcome burnout and chronic exhaustion - reduce anxiety, stress episodes, and tension - navigate major life transitions: motherhood, menopause, career changes, and grief - support children and teens with academic and emotional challenges - relieve unexplained pain that X-rays cannot detect - Supporting babies: colic, sleep disturbances, unexplained crying __My Approach__ A caring, confidential, and non-judgmental space. I am a “non-knower”: my role is not to decide for you—it is to guide you toward what you already know deep down. You don’t need to explain everything—the body often speaks louder than words. The practice is confidential: you arrive and leave without encountering anyone else. A peaceful setting on the shores of Lake Morat—a place made for relaxation. __About Me__ I worked in marketing for 15 years. I used to feel a certain skepticism toward anything that even remotely resembled alternative medicine. It was my daughter who convinced me—against my better judgment.
