Kinesiology is a __holistic__, gentle and non-invasive therapeutic approach, accessible to all ages. It aims to __rebalance body and mind__ by acting on the interactions between the __nervous system__, __emotions__ and __body structure__.
I use __muscle testing__ to dialogue with the body and __identify__ energetic, emotional, structural or biochemical imbalances. Balancing techniques help to
\- soothe the __nervous system__,
\- reduce __stress__ and mental __overload__,
\- release internal __tensions__,
\- support __naturalself-regulation__,
\- promote __better inner alignment__,
\- improve __vitality__ and emotional __stability__.
In short, kinesiology enables a __global harmonization of the body-mind-emotions system__, for a smoother, clearer and more balanced functioning.
## 💛 My approach
__Listening, authenticity and non-judgment__ guide my practice. I like to say that I'm a __*non-achiever*__: only you know what's right for you. My role is to accompany you, not to decide for you.
In a structured, __caring__, __confidential__ and __reassuring__ environment, I adapt to your pace and your needs to promote __calm__, __emotional clarity__, __inner stability__ and understanding of what's going on inside you.
Each session is unique and aims for __lasting well-being__, better stress management and overall balance.

Hypersensitive by nature, I've turned this intensity into an asset, enabling me to perceive what's at play behind words, reactions and silences.
My personal journey before becoming a therapist - adjustment, emotional overload and personal transformation - helps me on a daily basis to understand how __the emotional system works__, the __body's protective mechanisms__ and how everyone reacts to __stress and change__.
My aim is to help you regain __balance, clarity and inner stability__, at your own pace, with greater confidence and serenity.
