- Joana Discianni is a kinesiology therapist currently completing her training who offers personalized support in a caring environment to help you achieve greater balance and empower you to draw on your own resources to face everyday challenges.
- Kinesiology is a complementary and holistic therapeutic approach that considers the person as a whole: the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic dimensions are intimately connected and constantly interact. Any imbalance in one of these areas can affect overall well-being.
- Using muscle testing—a powerful tool for communicating with the body—the therapist identifies sources of stress, blockages, or imbalances that may limit a person’s ability to adapt. The techniques used aim to restore lasting balance, support the body’s natural self-regulatory abilities, and reveal each person’s unique resources.
__I welcome you with an open ear, kindness, and without judgment, respecting your pace and your personal history, to offer you a safe space where you can move forward calmly toward lasting well-being.__
- This approach does not replace medical or psychological care when such care is necessary. It serves as a complementary therapy, designed to promote well-being, support the body’s self-regulatory abilities, and guide the individual toward greater overall balance.
- The first session, lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, allows us to get to know each other, conduct a comprehensive assessment, and work together to identify your needs and goals for the support process. Follow-up sessions last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and are tailored to each person’s situation and pace.
- Consultations take place at the practice located in Mont-sur-Lausanne, in a setting conducive to listening and open dialogue.
- As I am currently completing my training, I am offering a special rate of CHF 90 per session. These services are not yet covered by supplemental insurance plans. Payment is due in cash or via Twint at the end of each session.
