I am delighted to welcome people of all ages (adults, children, babies) who wish to improve their quality of life. Kinesiology is a holistic, body-based technique that identifies blockages and stress using the body's responses. It helps uncover the root causes of various challenges we face in life and can assist with issues such as:

• Sleep disorders
• Anxiety and/or stress
• Tension in the body
• Learning difficulties
• Emotional blockages
• Chronic pain

Having worked with children as a teacher, I am particularly attuned to challenges related to learning difficulties. Brain Gym is a technique that can significantly improve learning abilities, not just in children but in adults as well.
