I'm happy to welcome you for kinesiology sessions, well-being and therapeutic massages, as well as maternity support (prenatal and postnatal massages, baby massage workshops and HypnoNatal sessions).

My approach combines listening, gentleness and precision to help you regain balance, energy and harmony, on the physical, emotional and mental levels.

✨ Kinesiology: rebalance your body and emotions through muscle testing. Each session helps you clear blockages (emotional, behavioral, physical) and move forward with greater clarity and serenity.

• Pregnant woman massage from the 4th month
• Postnatal massage, with the option of coming with baby
• Learn to massage your baby" workshops (0-6 months) to strengthen family bonding and relaxation.

🌸 HypnoNatal: gentle support to help you live your pregnancy with serenity and prepare positively for childbirth.

Treat yourself to a moment to release tension and soothe the body. Classical massage promotes deep relaxation, improves circulation and helps release accumulated stress. Depending on your needs, it can be gentle and relaxing, or more targeted to relieve specific muscular aches and pains. Each session is tailored to the way you feel at the time, to help you regain balance, lightness and vitality.
