The body, the true repository of our history, serves as a guide to shed light on imbalances, restore meaning to them, and foster a new sense of balance. Depending on each person’s needs, I also incorporate other complementary approaches such as__EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)__, __meditation__, and __Sylvia Ostertag’s 6 Gestures__, to support the process of growth with gentleness, awareness, and respect for each person’s individual pace. These approaches allow me to safely guide you in exploring wounds and traumas of all kinds. My background as a nurse, enriched by many years of personal development, my experience in Conscious Kinesiology, and my life experiences, informs a supportive approach rooted in active listening, presence, and kindness.
