I am 44 years old, married, and a mother of two children. Connecting with others, meeting others, and caring for others have always been values that drive me. I made it my first career. I have been a qualified nurse since 2005. My journey has allowed me to meet and support people from all walks of life. I’ve had the privilege to work in geriatrics, adult psychiatry, home care, with children and families facing complex situations, and in a specialized school. When I discovered kinesiology, I was impressed by the results. Initially, I thought kinesiology was helpful for alleviating psychological issues, but I soon understood it went far beyond that. It became clear to me that I needed to train in this technique to offer support that aligns with my values: understanding the individual’s challenges as a whole, with their unique characteristics, emotions, values, and beliefs. Today, I am pleased to welcome you to my practice in St-Aubin-Sauges. I am committed to offering high-quality care, taking into account your individuality and needs.
