Hello and welcome,
After several years as a nurse at Neuchâtel Hospital, I decided to combine my traditional medical skills with complementary approaches to provide optimal care.
As a kinesiologist, I can help you to free yourself from emotional and physical pain and regain your overall balance.
Trained in Health through Touch, One Brain, Brain Gym and Somatic Behaviour, I adapt each session to the needs of your body, which itself chooses the method to use depending on the problem, guaranteeing a tailor-made approach.
The reasons for consulting me are as numerous and varied as the sources of stress themselves.
Here is a list of examples from several areas:
Areas of intervention :
Physical: chronic pain, digestive problems, support during pregnancy or illness.
Emotional: anxiety, self-confidence, sleep, eating disorders.
Learning: concentration, exam preparation, organisation.
Psycho-genealogy: giving back to ancestors, fears that don't belong to us, fear of dying, lacking financially.
Fees:
💬 The first session (1h30, including anamnesis) is 120 CHF.
💆♀️ Subsequent sessions (1h) are 100 CHF.
💳 Payment in cash or via Twint.
⚠️ Any session not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be billed.
