## __Complementary Therapist with OrTra TC Branch Certificate__
__RME__ recognized (currently being accredited by__ASCA__ and __Visana__).
Kinesiology is a __gentle__, non-invasive complementary therapy. Based on muscle testing, __it aims to release blockages and stresses__, in order to __support and strengthen each individual's natural self-regulation capacities__. It is aimed at __children__, __teenagers__ and __adults__ who wish to __better understand themselves__ and __move towards a more harmonious balance__.
## __Some examples of support situations__
- Managing stress and emotions
- Fatigue, exhaustion, mental fog, burn-out
- Feeling like a spectator to your life
- Lack of self-confidence
- Relational or professional difficulties
- Sleep disorders
- Body pain or tension
- Learning or concentration difficulties
- Preparing for an important event (exam, interview, etc.)
## __My practice__
My aim is to__bring more clarity and lightness__ to the situations you're going through. Knowing that all the answers are within you, my role is to accompany you in the__exploration of your resources__, so that you can move forward towards what's right for you. Our discussions take place in a __caring, reassuring and confidential environment__. Your __words are welcomed with empathy, respecting your rhythm and your limits__.

In the course of my life, I've gone through various stages that have led me to __seek resources to regain balance and well-being__. It was in this context that I discovered kinesiology, an approach that has helped me deeply and awakened in me the desire to accompany, in my turn, people who feel the need. __Sensitive and a good listener__, I offer __gentle guidance with respect for each individual__.

## __Rates and payment__
First session (approx. 1h30): __CHF 140.00__
Follow-up session (approx. 1h): __CHF 120.00__
Payment is made at the session, __preferably__ in __cash__ or by __Twint.__
Appointments not cancelled __24 hours in advance__ will be billed.
__RME recognized__ (ASCA and Visana in progress)
Please check reimbursement terms with your complementary insurance.

- Car: free parking spaces close to the building (gravel parking alongside the building or spaces without signs).
