I offer gentle, self-paced guidance in kinesiology and Ericksonian hypnosis in Granges (Veveyse).

My coaching is aimed at children, adolescents and adults who wish to :

• relieve stress and anxiety
• work on phobias, addictions or repetitive behaviors
• improve sleep and pain management
• go through a period of change or transition
• regain balance, calm and confidence in everyday life

Kinesiology is a holistic approach that uses gentle muscle testing to identify and rebalance certain imbalances, taking into account the physical, emotional and mental dimensions.

Ericksonian hypnosis mobilizes your inner resources to facilitate lasting change, in a respectful, personalized and person-centered approach.

Depending on your needs, I can also integrate complementary tools, such as Audrey Mée's "Raconte-moi mon histoire" (Tell me my story) and "L'intégration desréflexes archaïques - Prêts pour l'école"( Integration ofarchaic reflexes - Ready for school), particularly useful for supporting child development and learning.

Sessions take place in a calm, secure and caring environment, with progressive support adapted to each individual's pace.

Practice located in Granges (Veveyse), within easy reach of Palézieux, Oron, Châtel-St-Denis, Bulle and Vevey.
