__What is kinesiology?__
Kinesiology is a recognized method of Complementary Therapy.
It helps to :
- enhance well-being
- strengthen mental capacities
- heal holistically
The method combines the knowledge of Western medicine with that of Eastern teachings, such as the doctrines of the five elements and the meridians. In the therapeutic process, the method uses the relationship between muscles and the human organism to identify imbalances in the energy system and make changes perceptible.
The client learns to recognize, in challenging situations, the link between his or her own behaviour and disorders.
Kinesiological rebalancing techniques, such as touching acupuncture points, using sound therapy media and consciously perceiving breathing and movement, help to remove blockages and strengthen resources. Self-regulation processes are activated, promoting well-being.

As a Complementary Therapy method, kinesiology is suitable for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly in a wide range of life situations, helping them to enhance their well-being, strengthen their mental capacities and heal holistically.
