This process is often described as reconnecting with one’s inner resources, potential, and bodily sensations.__ The benefits vary from person to person and may include a sense of calm, renewed confidence, a fresh perspective, or greater clarity. The effects may be subtle at first, especially when someone has been disconnected from themselves for a long time, but the process is set in motion. Practically speaking, the session starts with a theme or difficulty brought by the client. Together, we define a clear and positive goal: what the person would like to change, overcome, or set into motion. We use muscle testing, a simple manual technique that allows us to observe the body’s responses. The body holds information that is not always accessible consciously, and these responses help guide us toward the most appropriate balancing techniques. Balancing methods can take different forms: breathing exercises, visualisations, simple movements, gentle touch or massage of acupressure points, work with meridians, or approaches such as Brain Gym or Touch for Health.
