__Kinesiology__
A holistic complementary therapy rooted in Western and traditional Chinese medicine. A comprehensive approach to supporting the whole person through gentle techniques aimed at restoring balance between the body, emotions, and mind.
My approach is based on active listening, compassion, and tailoring my approach to each individual to promote well-being, reduce stress, and enhance vitality in daily life.

- Grief, shock, trauma, accidents
- Addictions
- Stress management
- Anxiety, OCD, anxiety attacks, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
- Complex situations (personal, professional, family-related)
- Building self-confidence (increasing the ability to overcome challenges more easily)
- Support for chronic pain and/or physical limitations (e.g., skin problems, muscle pain, etc.)
- Recovery from surgery and/or preparation for surgery
- Physical transformation processes (e.g., bypass surgery, gender reassignment, surgery related to a medical condition, etc.)
- Emotional processing
- Strengthening self-regulation and self-healing abilities
