My Philosophy

I believe true healing begins when we see and honour the whole person- not just isolated symptoms.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed how the body stores memory: how stress, suppressed emotions, and past experiences can be held in the nervous system and muscles.

My role is to help you listen to these signals, release what no longer serves, and restore balance- emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive method rooted in energy medicine. Through muscle testing, it identifies imbalances related to stress, unresolved emotions, physical discomfort, sleep disturbances, or difficulties with focus and learning.

It is a holistic practice that views the human being as a whole—body, mind, and emotions—and supports each person in reconnecting with their natural potential for health and inner harmony.
