Kinesiology, literally the "science of movement", is an approach inspired by traditional Chinese medicine. It aims to restore a person's overall balance - mental, physical and emotional - using muscle testing as a tool for dialogue with the body.

In practical terms, our body remembers everything it encounters along the way, often completely unconsciously. Unfortunately, it doesn't only remember the positive, but also tensions and blockages linked to stress, fears, emotions and past experiences. Thanks to muscle testing, we can identify imbalances and use various techniques to restore balance and well-being.
