__Kinesiology__, a gentle, natural method, combines muscle testing, targeted movements and emotional regulation techniques to identify and release blockages, whether physical, mental or emotional. The aim: to support your vitality and harmonious development while promoting lasting well-being.
__BRMT (Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training)__ is a gentle bodywork approach based on simple rhythmic movements, inspired by the natural development of infants. It aims to integrate unintegrated archaic reflexes that can disrupt emotional regulation, posture, concentration or stress management.
By promoting better communication between the body and the nervous system, BRMT supports overall balance, inner security and adaptability in both children and adults.
