Kinesiology is a complementary therapeutic approach that uses muscle testing as an assessment tool to allow the body to express itself. It aims to identify certain perceived imbalances or limiting patterns, bring them to consciousness, and—through various tools derived from neurotraining— __enable the individual to break free from these patterns__ by exploring new possibilities for action. The sessions support the individual in their quest for greater well-being across all areas of life.
Sessions are conducted fully clothed. The technique is gentle, non-invasive, and adaptable to each person’s capabilities.

## A specialized approach for musicians and artists (amateurs and professionals)
__Émilie Mory also offers specialized support for artists. Thanks__ to her background as a professional violinist and teacher, she has in-depth knowledge of the arts community. This dual experience enables her to provide support specifically to musicians or anyone wishing to work on their relationship with stress, performance, and their emotions.
Kinesiology can thus serve as a complementary approach __for anyone dealing with stage fright, public speaking, the demands of performing, or periods of artistic preparation.__
## Other Treatments
Emilie also offers __Lahochi__ energy healing sessions. This technique helps stimulate the body’s regenerative abilities and promote the flow of energy.
