Kinesiology helps identify and release blockages related to stress, emotions, unconscious patterns, or life experiences, in order to promote well-being and enhance a person’s self-regulation abilities. Each session is personalized and takes place in a __caring, respectful, and confidential__ setting __.__ I am here to support you with issues such as stress, difficult emotions, fatigue, concentration difficulties, academic or professional challenges, life transitions, low self-confidence, or any situation requiring support and rebalancing. My goal is to guide you, at your own pace, toward greater clarity, inner resources, and inner harmony. ## How the Sessions Work Each kinesiology session is __tailored to your individual needs__ and takes place in a __caring, respectful, and confidential__ setting. The support is adapted to each person’s pace and specific needs, with the goal of achieving lasting well-being. During my training, I completed several specialized courses in __flower, garden, and mineral essences__. After your session, I will recommend a personalized blend tailored to the issue addressed to support the harmonization process and extend the benefits of the therapeutic work. I am __recognized by the RME, ASCA, and Visana registries__, which means that, depending on your supplemental insurance, __you may be eligible for partial coverage of kinesiology sessions__. __If none of the available time slots work for you__, feel free to send me a WhatsApp message or call me at 079.846.84.83.
