Kinesiology helps to identify and release blockages linked to stress, emotions, unconscious patterns or life experiences, in order to promote well-being and self-regulation. Each session is personalized and takes place in a __caring, respectful and confidential__ environment __.__ I welcome you for issues such as stress, difficult emotions, fatigue, concentration problems, academic or professional difficulties, life transitions, lack of self-confidence or any situation requiring support and rebalancing. My aim is to accompany you at your own pace towards greater clarity, resources and inner harmony. ## How my sessions work Each kinesiology session is __individualized__ and takes place in a __caring, respectful and confidential__ environment. Support is adapted to each person's pace and specific needs, with the aim of achieving lasting well-being. 🌺🍅💎As part of my training, I have taken several courses specializing in __flower, garden and mineral elixirs__. After your session, I advise you on a personalized synergy adapted to the issue addressed in order to support the harmonization process and prolong the benefits of the therapeutic work.
