Through subtle work on the connections between body and mind, it helps you __rediscover your full potential__, improve stress management, concentration, self-confidence and overall well-being. __Animal mediation__, also known as __zootherapy__, completes this support. The animal's presence encourages relaxation, communication and reconnection with oneself. It's alongside __my dog Gimba__ that I welcome my clients for sessions marked by __gentleness, listening and kindness__. ## 👩‍⚕️ __Who am I?__ My name is __Mélanie Pochon__, and I'm the mother of three children. After an initial career in administration, I felt the need to give new meaning to my professional life. While working in the school environment, I discovered my passion for __helping children with difficulties__ (DYS, ADHD, ASD, motor disabilities or behavioral difficulties). It was natural for me to train in __kinesiology__ and __animal mediation__, two complementary approaches that help to __understand and harmonize emotions and the body__. Today, I accompany __children, teenagers and adults__ on their personal journey, to help them __regain confidence, balance and serenity__. ## 🐾 __My practice__ I welcome you in a warm and soothing environment, accompanied by my dog __Gimba__. My practice is a space for listening, respect and caring, where each session is tailored to your needs. ⚠️ The practice does not have a waiting room: please arrive on time for your appointment. 🚗 Parking at __the port parking lot__ (2-minute walk). ## ✅ __Affiliations and refunds__ I passed my __final kinesiology exam in September 2025__. I will be __affiliated with ASCA, RME and Visana__ during October 2025. __Kinesiology sessions__ will then be __reimbursed by supplementary insurances__, according to your insurance contract.
