Kinesiology is a gentle psycho-corporal approach that helps to remove energetic, mental, physical and emotional blockages.

Through subtle work on the connections between body and mind, it helps you rediscover your full potential, improve stress management, concentration, self-confidence and overall well-being.

Animal mediation, also known as zootherapy, completes this support.

The animal's presence encourages relaxation, communication and reconnection with oneself.

It's alongside my dog Gimba that I welcome my clients for sessions marked by gentleness, listening and kindness.

👩‍⚕️ Who am I?

My name is Mélanie Pochon, and I'm the mother of three children.

After an initial career in administration, I felt the need to give new meaning to my professional life.

While working in the school environment, I discovered my passion for helping children with difficulties (DYS, ADHD, ASD, motor disabilities or behavioral difficulties).

It was natural for me to train in kinesiology and animal mediation, two complementary approaches that help to understand and harmonize emotions and the body.

Today, I accompany children, teenagers and adults on their personal journey, to help them regain confidence, balance and serenity.

🐾 My practice

I welcome you in a warm and soothing environment, accompanied by my dog Gimba.

My practice is a space for listening, respect and caring, where each session is tailored to your needs.

⚠️ The practice does not have a waiting room: please arrive on time for your appointment.

✅ Affiliations and refunds

I passed my final kinesiology exam in September 2025.

I will be affiliated with ASCA, RME and Visana during October 2025.

Kinesiology sessions will then be reimbursed by supplementary insurances, according to your insurance contract.

I am already ASCA-approved for animal mediation (zootherapy).
