That's why I'm keen to share this tool with you today. Kinesiology sees the human being as an indivisible whole, made up of __energy, structure and psyche.__ These three levels are constantly in close contact, and health is seen as the __harmony__ between them. However, in the course of our lives we are often faced with emotional storms, physical shocks and losses which, if not expressed, imprint themselves on our cellular memory and can create imbalances. __My aim is to help you feel better and regain your balance.__ One of the fundamental principles of this method is that the body possesses an __innate healing energy__ and does its best to look after itself at all times. So, during a session, we will define a goal and __activate your resources__ so that you can cope better with situations in which you may feel stuck. Muscle testing is the investigative tool of kinesiology. It uses variations in movement to __highlight spontaneous responses from the body and the unconscious mind__, in order to shed light on what is stressful or energising for the body. Kinesiology is for everyone and has a wide range of applications.
