Line Helfer practices as a kinesiologist and supports patients of all ages, from 10 upwards, in their quest for understanding and overall balance. Kinesiology is a support method that focuses on the link between body, emotions and mind, in order to identify imbalances that can impact daily well-being.

This practice is generally used to work on stress management, emotional tension, blockages linked to repetitive patterns, physical or mental fatigue, as well as difficulties in concentrating or adapting. Sessions are designed to encourage better listening to the body and support progressive adjustments, in line with each patient's needs.

Consultations with Line Helfer last around 1h15 and are suitable for children aged 10 and over, as well as adults. Appointments are available on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
