This gentle mind-body therapy is based on methods derived from Western and Eastern knowledge. Its main tool is muscle testing. By applying light pressure to a muscle, the kinesiologist questions the body through its cellular memory. This enables her to discover accumulated stresses and to choose the techniques that will be most beneficial to you in regaining the best physical, mental, emotional and energetic balance. Whether you need to work on a specific goal or are going through a difficult period (emotional, physical), I'll work with you to define your objective, around which your session will revolve. As a social worker who has worked with young people and their families for 20 years, I have developed a strong caring attitude and empathetic listening skills, and have acquired a wealth of experience in providing support and guidance. Thanks to my rich professional background, I wanted to be able to offer a more holistic form of support, where the spoken word is not the only thing that exists in a session. That's why I welcome you to a warm and quiet country setting, where we can work together in a confidential and caring way to address what's most important to you.
