Gaëlle Silva offers individual kinesiology sessions, a gentle method designed to restore physical, emotional, and mental balance by identifying energetic imbalances through muscle testing. This holistic approach is suitable for all ages, including babies, children, adults, and pregnant women.

Kinesiology can help with a wide range of issues, such as stress, chronic fatigue, muscular pain, emotional blockages, learning difficulties, digestive disorders, or addictions. By listening to the body, this method promotes the release of internal blockages and reconnects individuals to their inner resources.

Gaëlle also provides:

• Brain Gym sessions, a method combining movement and motor activities to enhance learning, memory, and concentration.
• Energetic release treatments, aiming to dissolve emotional or behavioral blockages and restore energy balance across the body.

Gaëlle is ASCA certified, allowing recognition by certain Swiss supplementary health insurance plans.
