Complementary therapist specializing in kinesiology, certified by OrtraTC and RME.
What is kinesiology? Who is it for? What is it used for?
Kinesiology has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine and chiropractic. It literally means the “science of movement.” It is a non-invasive and holistic method. Its goal is to harmonize the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic aspects of the body and helps restore balance through various techniques.
Using muscle testing—one of the therapist’s primary tools—we explore the needs and imbalances related to the issue at hand.
As part of complementary therapy, it is part of a process that promotes the development of one’s own resources, fosters self-empowerment, and stimulates self-healing.
Kinesiology is for anyone seeking to make changes or improvements in their life. As a versatile method, it addresses a wide range of issues, such as:
chronic pain, stress, anxiety, sleep problems, emotion management, addictions, weight loss, allergies, fears, phobias, academic difficulties, etc.
About Me
By nature, I’m positive, optimistic, and resilient, and I’ve always loved connecting with people. It was only natural that I turned to teaching more than 20 years ago. Seeing the people around me grow and flourish has always been a part of my life and a great source of motivation.
As a mother of twins, I discovered kinesiology somewhat by chance. Torn between a rational world and my own hypersensitivity, I couldn’t always clearly determine where I belonged. The first time I attended a session with and for my children was a revelation. I discovered a method that brings together the mind, body, and spirit—a method that offered me the opportunity to connect with every part of myself while respecting each one.
Through my training as a complementary therapist, I learned to listen to the whispers of the body, mind, and spirit, to interpret them, and to incorporate them into my daily life. I’ve discovered my limits and strive to respect them with kindness and gentleness. Now that I’m certified, I’m committed to sharing what I’ve learned and supporting others as they move forward on their life’s journey, guiding them and helping them listen to what their bodies have to say.
