Full-time since August 2025: Hypnotherapy is my profession, my passion, my lifeblood

After more than 20 years in IT and two years in which I mastered the balancing act between technology and hypnotherapy, I put all my energy into my true calling on August 1, 2025: I've been working full-time as a hypnotherapist ever since - and I couldn't imagine anything more fulfilling.

My own story led me down this path.

For a long time, my health was severely limited and I lived with a congenital eye condition and severe migraine attacks. It was only through hypnosis and self-hypnosis that I experienced how liberating change can be. Today I live almost without medication - and above all with a new quality of life (Link: My journey ) .

This is exactly what I would like to pass on to you.

For me, hypnosis is not a "tool from the outside", but an invitation to rediscover your own resources and strengths. I will accompany you with a lot of empathy, clarity and passion - because I am deeply convinced that every person has the ability to change their life in a positive way.

What is important to me:

• Creating a safe space in which you can open up
• To strengthen you so that you can experience more health, self-determination and joy in life in the long term
