My approach

My approach is an interactive practice that releases, connects, heals, comforts and connects quickly. On the borderline between dream and reality, it enables us to visit known and/or unknown lands, rich in color and sensations, and to unify the different polarities that lie dormant in each of us, in order to bring compassion and gentleness to ourselves. With a deep love of the human being, I've always been curious and interested in understanding the inner workings of the body.

My practice has developed through encounters and life experiences, and has become more professional thanks to my training in ;

-Hypnosis (Master Hypnosis Practitioner trained at ARCHE Geneva),

-NLP and coaching (NLP Practitioner trained at the Lausanne NLP School),

-Yoga (200 h Radiantly Alive Yoga Bali)
