Ericksonian hypnosis facilitates access to creative flow, unconscious resources and the opening up of the field of possibilities to face everyday challenges. It is a mental pedagogy technique used primarily to help people overcome an internal block preventing them from changing, or to add new possibilities to their internal palette. Hypnosis is a solution-oriented approach. When a situation disturbs us, it's there to highlight what's blocked, what's resisting, and to translate the dissatisfaction of one or more needs. The practice of hypnosis helps to overcome the habitual limitations of the conscious mind in order to find solutions that lead to movement, questioning and positive change. The hypnotic state gives you access to new perspectives, enabling you to achieve innovative and creative solutions that your unconscious creates to measure. ## __My approach__ My approach is an interactive practice that releases, connects, heals, comforts and connects quickly. On the borderline between dream and reality, it enables us to visit known and/or unknown lands, rich in color and sensations, and to unify the different polarities that lie dormant in each of us, in order to bring compassion and gentleness to ourselves. With a deep love of the human being, I've always been curious and interested in understanding the inner workings of the body.
