Sometimes, we understand perfectly well what needs to change, but something keeps getting in the way. Our minds go round in circles, our emotions take over, our bodies remain tense, and sleep no longer feels restorative. Certain reactions keep repeating themselves despite our best efforts, and we find ourselves exhausted from carrying this burden alone.
Therapeutic hypnosis can offer a different space to process what you’re going through, regain clarity, ease certain inner tensions, and tap into your resources in a deeper way than through reflection alone.
I’m here to support you if you’re dealing with:
- chronic stress or mental overload
- anxiety, rumination, or inner restlessness
- sleep disturbances
- emotions that are difficult to regulate or overwhelming
- a lack of self-confidence
- mental blocks, repetitive patterns, or automatic reactions
- a period of transition, self-reflection, or a loss of bearings
- mental fatigue, burnout, or difficulty recovering
- certain pains or tensions when emotional or nervous factors are involved
- neuroatypical functioning, including rapid thinking, frequent mental overload, hypersensitivity, ADHD, high potential, or a sense of being out of sync
Today, I pay special attention to people who are neuroatypical or who experience atypical cognitive functioning. Since I myself have a mind that works quickly, analyzes a great deal, and constantly connects ideas, I know just how enriching, intense, and sometimes difficult to manage this way of functioning can be. Over time, I’ve learned to turn this difference into a strength. Today, it informs my approach to coaching, with a special focus on mental overload, the need for clarity, nuances, inner rhythm, and self-regulation strategies.
Every coaching session begins with me listening attentively to your request. You don’t need to arrive with the perfect words or a clear explanation of what’s going on—part of the work is precisely to bring order to what seems confusing, overwhelming, or hard to put into words.
My role is not to impose a direction on you, but to offer you a professional, compassionate, and personalized framework tailored to your situation—so you can move forward at your own pace, with greater perspective, stability, and autonomy.
## Free introductory session: 30 minutes, no obligation
Before we begin, I offer an initial conversation to get to know each other, clarify your needs, and see if my support is a good fit for you. This is not a hypnosis session; it’s simply a space for you to ask questions and make a decision at your own pace.
I see clients at my office in Sonvilier, near Saint-Imier, in a calm and confidential setting. Remote sessions via video conference are also available—via WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Zoom—provided you have a quiet space and a good internet connection.
My practice is confidential and complementary to any existing medical or psychological care.
To schedule an introductory consultation or an initial session, you can book an appointment directly online, in person at the office, or remotely—whichever is most convenient for you.
