Sometimes we understand exactly what needs to change, but something just doesn't click. The mind goes on a loop, emotions take up too much space, the body remains tense, sleep doesn't really recover. Certain reactions recur despite our best efforts, and we find ourselves exhausted from carrying it all alone.
Therapeutic hypnosis can provide a different space for putting down what you're going through, regaining clarity, easing certain inner tensions and mobilizing your resources in a deeper way than through reflection alone.
I can accompany you if you are experiencing :
- chronic stress or mental overload
- anxiety, ruminations, inner turmoil
- sleep disorders
- emotions that are difficult to regulate or invasive
- lack of self-confidence
- blockages, repetitive patterns or automatic reactions
- a period of transition, questioning or loss of bearings
- mental fatigue, exhaustion or difficulty recovering
- certain pains or tensions when the emotional or nervous dimension is involved
- neuroatypical functioning, with rapid thinking, frequent mental overload, hypersensitivity, ADHD, high potential or a feeling of being out of sync.
Today, I pay particular attention to people with neuroatypical or atypical cognitive functioning. As someone with a fast-moving brain that analyzes a lot and constantly connects ideas, I know just how rich and intense this way of functioning can be, and how difficult it can sometimes be to regulate. Over time, I've learned to turn this difference into a resource. Today, it feeds my approach to coaching, with particular attention to mental overload, the need for clarity, nuance, inner rhythm and self-regulation strategies.
Every coaching session begins by listening carefully to your needs. You don't need to arrive with perfect words or a clear explanation of what's going on; part of the work is precisely to bring order to what seems confusing, heavy or difficult to name.
My role is not to impose a direction on you, but to offer you a serious, humane framework adapted to your situation, so that you can move forward at your own pace, with greater distance, stability and autonomy.
## Free discovery interview : 30 minutes, no obligation
Before getting started, I propose an initial discussion to get to know you, clarify your needs and see if my support is right for you. This is not a hypnosis session, it's simply a space for you to ask your questions and decide in peace.
I welcome you to my office in Sonvilier, near Saint-Imier, in a calm and confidential setting. Remote videoconferencing sessions are also possible, using WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom, provided you have a quiet location and a good connection.
My practice is confidential and complementary to medical or psychological care where this is in place.
