I'm an ASCA-accredited hypnotherapist with a passion for human support and interpersonal relationships.

My experience as a midwife at the Clinique des Grangettes and the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) has often brought me face to face with the challenges of managing pain, anxiety and trauma. These experiences naturally drew me towards hypnosis, a gentle and effective method for promoting well-being.

Trained at the Temet Nosce School of Hypnosis in Geneva, I practise Ericksonian hypnosis, recognised for its ability to support change. I also specialise in trauma therapy, with certification in Integrative Hypnosis Eye Movement (MOHI), an approach that combines eye movement and hypnosis to release emotional blocks.

I offer sessions tailored to a range of issues, including managing emotions, stress, phobias, anxiety, sleep disorders, stopping smoking, weight management and improving self-esteem.

My practice, located at Route des Jeunes 9, 1227 Les Acacias, Carouge, in Geneva, is a caring space where you can embark on your journey of change with complete peace of mind.
