As a certified hypnotherapist with a two-year master's degree and additional training, I will help you create positive, profound, and lasting changes in your life. Hypnosis is a way to access the resources and potential of your unconscious mind, and it is also a quick and effective way to resolve issues that have prevented you from feeling good about yourself. Since we work with your unconscious mind, we can usually achieve excellent results in 3 to 12 sessions. With empathy, kindness, and respect, I will teach you practical tools to integrate into your daily life, and together we will work toward resolving the unconscious and deep-rooted causes that prevent you from achieving your goals.
