### Presentation of the healthcare professional
As a health professional and ASCA-certified hypnotherapist (trained at the Swiss School of Therapeutic and Medical Hypnosis), I utilize my knowledge and therapeutic techniques such as Ericksonian hypnosis and MOHI® eye movements (a technique similar to EMDR®) to support individuals seeking to improve their health and well-being.
Hypnosis is a safe and effective method with numerous recognized and proven applications in the health field, including:
- Weight issues
- Anxiety disorders (anxiety, phobias, PTSD, etc.)
- Sleep disorders (insomnia, etc.)
- Addictions (smoking cessation, sugar cravings, etc.)
- Pain management (chronic pain, migraines, etc.)
- Stress management
Hypnosis is typically considered a brief therapy, but the hypnotherapist will seek the source of the issue and, if necessary, may resort to regression hypnosis. The aim is to achieve lasting results while respecting each individual’s pace. Every person and situation is unique, and hypnotherapy protocols are tailored to each case.
I am also a consultant for the Goulding SleepTalk Method®, a gentle approach derived from hypnosis, particularly suited for children aged 1 to 12 years.
