I support people experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, or recurring emotional patterns by working with the body, the nervous system, and the unconscious mind. My approach aims to promote lasting well-being by helping each person access their own inner resources.

Hypnotherapy

I guide you into a state of deep relaxation to access your unconscious resources and help you overcome emotional blocks, transform limiting behaviours, and regain your ability to cope with challenging situations.

TRE – Trauma & Tension Releasing Exercises

A body-based approach that helps release deep tension associated with stress and trauma through a series of exercises that activate the body's natural therapeutic tremor mechanism.

Family Constellations

Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that explores hidden patterns and invisible dynamics within family systems that may influence emotions, behaviours, and life choices.

By bringing these underlying dynamics into awareness, this approach can help people overcome emotional barriers and restore greater balance in their lives.

It can be particularly helpful for:

• Resolving personal and professional relationship difficulties
• Identifying and working through family dynamics and transgenerational patterns
• Easing emotional challenges such as anxiety and inner conflict
• Gaining new insight into personal and family patterns

Mind-Body Therapy

Massage, breathing techniques, and guided movement to calm the nervous system, increase body awareness, and promote a healthier balance between body and mind.

Depending on your individual needs, personalised therapeutic yoga sessions may also be offered, particularly for chronic pain, physical tension, or other specific conditions.

Fees

The fee is CHF 130 per session.

Each session lasts 60 minutes.
