To create the most comprehensive profile possible and find the best recommendations for your specific case, we will conduct a health assessment. This assessment will include both physiological and psychological aspects.

• Physiological Aspect: This will be addressed using fundamental naturopathy techniques such as nutrition, physical exercise, and mental management, along with complementary approaches like aromatherapy, Bach flower remedies, gemmotherapy, oligotherapy, and herbal medicine (phytotherapy).
• Psychological Aspect: I will place particular emphasis on understanding the interaction of the body as a whole, specifically the role of the mind in the manifestation of physiological conditions. This aspect of the assessment may be treated using various techniques, including breathing exercises, meditation, and hypnotherapy.
