Ivan Manca is an ASCA-recognized therapist, hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and master practitioner, and life coach. He offers consultations at his practice or remotely, depending on individual needs.
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses altered states of consciousness to activate inner resources and encourage emotional or behavioral change. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a brief therapy approach aimed at helping individuals understand and reprogram their internal mental patterns. Ivan also integrates EFT, EMDR, meditation, energy healing, and various coaching tools into his sessions.
His areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, burnout, hypersensitivity, emotional trauma, and inner child work.
Consultations are conducted in a supportive and respectful environment, focused on facilitating real-life transformation. Remote sessions by phone or Skype are also available.
