MY PHILOSOPHY

In my professional and personal life, I have always been in search of that “magical” state where all the gears of human emotions flow naturally and harmoniously.

This quest, supported by neuroscience, has led me to practice a range of innovative therapeutic tools, tailored to each individual, and unique methods that allow me to help you embody your full potential.

During the hypnosis and coaching sessions I offer, my goal is always to accompany my clients through change and respond as effectively as possible to their needs, prioritizing active listening, without prejudice, in a safe and welcoming environment.

Whether it’s a session with a child, a teenager, or an adult, my aim is to raise awareness of each person’s resources and abilities, fostering a positive approach to overcome personal blockages. I strive to be that small “push” sometimes needed to dare to do things differently.

I am Antonio Marzo, sophrologist, master practitioner in hypnosis, coach, and certified trainer.

Specialized in personal development, member of the Swiss Professional Association of Hypnotherapy and the Swiss Association of Caycedian Sophrologists.

My mission is to promote an approach where love, respect, empathy, and emotional intelligence are not only encouraged but also fully integrated into all our interactions and consultations.

HYPNOBIRTHING® – THE MARIE MONGAN METHOD

HypnoBirthing is a method to give birth without pain, without stress, and without fear, in a gentle and serene atmosphere.

With HypnoBirthing, you will learn to trust your body and your baby, both of which know exactly what to do. Giving birth is a natural and normal function for a woman.

This approach is based on physical, mental, and spiritual preparation.

Through deep relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, visualizations, positive affirmations, and a better understanding of your body, you can welcome your baby in serenity and safety. You will learn to release your mind from fear and stress, which cause tension and pain. You will experience the wonderful journey of childbirth with your partner and your baby calmly, comfortably, in full control, and with joy.

This method allows you to be fully in control of your body and to manage your birth as long as no special circumstances arise. It is a safe method for a healthy mother and baby during pregnancy.

A woman participates in nature’s most extraordinary function: giving life. This is a natural and normal process. Birth can take place gently and calmly for healthy women and babies. A HypnoBirthing mother learns to trust her body, to relax during the birthing process, and to work in harmony with her body and her baby. She trusts that everyone knows what to do. She wishes for this experience to take place naturally and without interruption, thereby eliminating fatigue and reducing the length of labor. The result is a truly rewarding and satisfying experience for the mother, baby, and father.

THE HYPNOBIRTHING® PROGRAM – 5 SESSIONS

The program can begin from the 20th week of pregnancy and consists of 5 modules, each lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes:

• Module 1: Discover and understand HypnoBirthing for an easier, more comfortable birth
• Module 2: Create a bond with your baby – Prepare body and mind for birth
• Module 3: Prepare to welcome your baby
• Module 4: Understand the simplicity of the miracle of birth
• Module 5: Give birth – Infuse love, give life

FEES

First consultation: 60 min | CHF 120

HypnoBirthing® Program:

• Individual: CHF 980 / couple
• Group: CHF 750 / couple

Fees include 5 sessions of 2h30 each, the HypnoBirthing book, the parents’ handbook, and course materials.

Group courses available on request (maximum 4 couples).
