Since 1 May 2025, my work has focused mainly on hypnotherapy.

As a FSP psychologist with a degree in clinical psychology from the University of Lausanne and currently undergoing post-graduate training in CBT psychotherapy, I've had the good fortune to work in a number of institutions, including the cognitive-behavioural unit at the policlinic of Nyon and currently the psychosomatic unit at the Le Noirmont clinic, where I daily see the importance of a good "body-mind" alignment.

With a degree in Ericksonian and therapeutic hypnosis, I now bring the importance of the "body-mind" link to my practice of hypnosis : a brief approach that enables one to address a wide range of issues that each person may experience in the course of their lives: severe loss, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, chronic pain management, phobias, harmful habits, etc.).

The practice of hypnosis can provide a quick road to resolving certain specific problems, as the unconscious mind is directly at work during the session. Throughout the session, the person is completely free and in control of herself.
