__Bastien Palmilha__, an ASCA-accredited therapist in Valais, is a certified hypnosis practitioner, sophrologist and creator of the L.IBRE method. He accompanies adults wishing to free themselves from emotional blockages, fears or limiting repetitive patterns.
Therapeutic hypnosis is a method of accessing unconscious mechanisms to identify and release emotional blockages. It is commonly used to work on phobias, anxiety, lack of self-confidence or relationship difficulties. Spiritual and regressive hypnosis, on the other hand, explores deep memories in order to better understand certain life patterns.
