On the surface, you have everything you need to be happy, but you just can't manage it. Feeling tired? Are you experiencing a loss of joy, motivation or meaning in your private or professional life? There's nothing wrong with you; this state is the consequence of past traumas and negative influences. When we experience difficult or traumatic events, we tend to cut ourselves off from our emotions and feelings. It's a survival mechanism, and it's how you've survived and evolved so far.
Unfortunately, we don't just cut ourselves off from uncomfortable emotions and feelings, but also from positive ones, as well as from our dreams and deepest aspirations. As a result, life loses its flavor, and the things that used to please us no longer do. Even though we have everything we need to be happy, we don't manage to do so, or no longer do. We may feel sad, angry or guilty.
The body also signals this misalignment through symptoms such as fatigue, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, tension, chronic pain...

By combining various effective and recognized techniques, such ashypnosis, coaching, eye movements (like EMDR therapy ), NLP,energetics, LaHoChi, magnetism, as well as sleeptalk for children, my support acts on everything that consciously and unconsciously limits you, and prevents you from living what you want to live.
Over the course of the sessions, I help you to free yourself of any negative influences from the past, to bring out and strengthen your own resources, and to develop new strategies, behaviors and habits to achieve the desired changes.
We'll work together, at your own pace, on the foundations necessary for your evolution, such as self-confidence, self-esteem, autonomy, the ability to make choices, take decisions and set limits. We will cleanse the emotions buried within you, which you have not been able to allow yourself to experience, as well as past events, which may have left imprints and continue to reactivate and impact your present. We'll work on the conditioning and programming that limit you and prevent you from being who you really are. You'll reconnect with your deepest essence, your uniqueness, everything that makes you who you are and what makes you tick.
My multi-disciplinary, holistic coaching is totally personalized and adapted to each individual at all times. I'm a kind, empathetic and non-judgmental listener, and my attention and involvement are devoted to complete confidentiality.

Sessions are payable at the time of consultation, by Twint or cash. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed. Please only book a session if you are sure you will be able to honour it.
When you opt for a package, if you choose payment per session, in the event of discontinuation of follow-up, the balance of the package will be billed.
