A registered nurse since 2013 and a midwife since 2015, later specializing in therapeutic hypnosis and birth preparation through HypnoBirthing®, Dolorès Bongard welcomes you in Bulle or Troistorrents in a warm and supportive setting, to accompany you in your personal or parental journey.

A gentle, respectful, and empowering approach to experience pregnancy and birth with awareness, in connection with your body and your baby.

Through self-hypnosis techniques, positive affirmations, visualizations, and breathing exercises, you will learn how to connect with your body and its sensations to gently support your baby.
