Angélique Corminboeuf Genoud, sophrologist and Caycedian hypnosis practitioner, accompanies children, adolescents and adults through periods of transition, questioning or emotional difficulties. Trained as a social educator and family therapist, she offers support focused on listening, personal resources and relational dynamics.

Caycedian sophrology is a method that combines breathing, relaxation and visualization exercises to promote balance between body and mind. Caycedian hypnosis, on the other hand, provides access to a modified state of consciousness to work on emotions, behaviors and internal patterns. These approaches are used particularly in the management of stress, anxiety, emotional disorders or life stages requiring support.

Consultation:

An individual session lasts 45 to 55 minutes.

A family or parent session lasts 60 to 75 minutes.
