## Hypnosis & Coaching in Baden-Dättwil
In my practice in Baden-Dättwil I work with hypnosis, coaching, Reiki, singing bowl massage, Access Bars and Bach flower remedies.
The services are aimed at young people and adults with inner restlessness, stress, self-doubt, emotional strain, mental overload, inner blockages and the desire for more peace, clarity and balance in everyday life.
Hypnosis and coaching form the basis of my work. They can be useful when recurring thoughts, automatic reactions or entrenched patterns are a burden on everyday life.
During hypnosis, you remain responsive and conscious. Many people experience hypnosis as a state of focused inner attention in which thoughts become calmer and inner connections can be perceived more clearly.
