I work with hypnosis and hypnotherapy according to the standards of OMNI and the guidelines of the SBVH.
In my practice, I work with people who are experiencing inner restlessness, tension, recurring thoughts or stuck patterns in their everyday lives. It is often about gaining clarity, implementing decisions or changing stressful habits.
Hypnosis is used specifically to make people more aware of such automatic processes and to change the way they deal with them in everyday life. Depending on the topic, hypnosis is used alone or in combination with coaching.
## Hypnosis is often used for
- inner restlessness and stress
- Fears, insecurity or tension
- Self-doubt and low self-confidence
- Stuck patterns of thought and behavior
- Stopping smoking and changing habits
- Emotional stress and exhaustion
- Concentration problems and mental pressure
## How we work
The first step is to clarify the issue. Based on this, a decision is made as to whether hypnosis can be used sensibly and which approach is appropriate.
The sessions take place in my practice in Baden-Dättwil. You remain responsive and conscious during hypnosis. Many people experience hypnosis as a state of concentrated inner attention in which thoughts become calmer and inner patterns can be perceived more consciously.
The work is clearly structured and geared towards implementing concrete changes in everyday life.
