__An independent, family-owned hearing care centre serving Central and Lower Valais.__
Do you have difficulty travelling? Do you have a loved one living in a nursing home or care facility? Is the person elderly or living with reduced mobility? Our hearing care professionals travel directly to your home with all the necessary equipment to provide comprehensive hearing care.
We offer home visits, nursing home visits, assisted living visits, and hospital visits throughout a large part of Valais, particularly between __Monthey and Sierre__.
Our home services include:
Hearing assessments and personalised advice
Hearing aid trials at home
Hearing aid fitting and fine-tuning
Regular check-ups and follow-up care
Cleaning and maintenance of hearing aids
Personalised tinnitus support with our exclusive __Acouphénia__ programme
Ongoing care, even if your hearing aids were not purchased from us
__Home Care Subscription Plan__
For patients who would like regular support, we offer a subscription plan that includes a home visit approximately every six weeks. During each visit, we check that the hearing aids are functioning correctly, perform a complete cleaning, replace necessary consumables, and ensure optimal hearing performance.
This service also provides peace of mind for family members, knowing that hearing aids are professionally maintained and monitored throughout the year.
__One-Time Home Visits__
Not subscribed? No problem. We also offer home visits on request for __CHF 40 per visit__.
Because better hearing should never be limited by mobility challenges, we bring the hearing care centre directly to you.
