## ❄️ What is Cryotherapy?
The __Cryosauna__ we have on-site exposes the entire body to temperatures as low as __-180°C__. It stimulates blood circulation, features powerful recovery technology, reduces pain and muscle spasms, and accelerates the healing of muscles and joints.
Cryotherapy has been shown to trigger an __analgesic and neural response__, promoting __positive mood__ and improving __sleep disorders__. What could be better for your body?
It is completely safe: this is not a penetrating cold, as the __nitrogen vapor__ used is extremely cold but contains __zero humidity__. Instead of feeling the urge to shiver, the person experiences a __dry, comfortable cold__ on the skin. Cryostimulation is a __shock therapy__, and the person may feel a __dull ache__ due to blood vessel constriction, which disappears immediately after the session.
One minute after the session ends, the treated area becomes warm and slightly red due to activated __microcirculation__. There is __no tissue damage and no downtime__.
