For vision to be possible, everything from the pupil to the "gray cells" must work together optimally. So what do athletes who can no longer improve their performance with conventional training, children with reading and learning difficulties or ADD/ADHD, accident trauma patients, short-sighted and long-sighted people and employees of institutions and companies have in common? ## What is it all about? Visual perception is heavily dependent on physiological and psychological factors. Movement and the resulting changes in muscle tone alter visual perception and optometric measurements. Visual tests before, during or after physiological and psychological stress therefore vary. Sports Vision's training offer goes far beyond conventional visual training. In close cooperation with partners from optometry, sports science and brain research, Sports Vision offers neurological training programs. The settings are put together individually for each customer. ## Who can benefit from our services? Our services go far beyond conventional visual training. Our clients include __Athletes and top athletes__ Timing, balance, coordination or focus are improved. Visual performance that changes due to stress can be stabilized. Contribution to optimizing the interplay of focus and relaxation or concentration and regeneration. __Children__ Training the concentration span, thereby reducing reading and learning difficulties. Ritalin can be dispensed with through the targeted development of body tension. Visual difficulties, which are often still functional in children, can be minimized. __Trauma patients, e.g. after whiplash or stroke__ Symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, visual disturbances, double vision, sensitivity to light or moving vision can be eliminated. __People with general visual defects, e.g. short-sighted, long-sighted or cross-eyed people__ Short-sightedness and long-sightedness can be reduced and sometimes even completely eliminated. Hidden and also many cases of manifest strabismus can be trained away.
