What is our credo?

The values that guide our decision-making are enshrined in our credo. Simply put, our credo calls us to put the needs and well-being of the people we serve first.

Marcus Maassen MD, founder of the ENT Center Lucerne, defined a mission statement in 2006 that stands for value-based action by the team members of the ENT Center Lucerne. At its core, it's about a mission statement that is mandatory for all team members in the ENT Center. Based on the belief that the well-being of patients comes first, the credo defines the values that are the basis of the existence of the ENT Center Lucerne. Responsible commitment to patients, guideline-based medicine, the principle of sustainability and, last but not least, social and environmental responsibility form the basis for our team, now and in the future.
