Gestalt psychotherapy offers you a space to settle down, listen to yourself and reconnect with what really matters. It's not about changing you or fitting you into a mold, but about helping you to understand yourself better, to welcome your emotions and adjust more consciously to your environment. Together, we work from what you feel in the moment: your emotions, your thoughts, your tensions, your desires, your blockages. Because it's in the here and now that your keys to transformation lie.

Sessions last 45 minutes and can take place face-to-face, in a friendly practice in Nyon (near Geneva), or online, whichever is more comfortable for you.

The fee is CHF 100 per session.

Payment is due on the day of the session.

Payment methods accepted: Twint, bank transfer, cash.

All sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full.

Cancellations must be communicated by email, WhatsApp message or SMS.

In the event of late arrival, the session cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.

No-shows without prior cancellation within the allotted time will be billed in full.
