__Presentation__
I'm Lisseth de Preux, a Gestalt therapy practitioner. I accompany adults/young adults who are going through a period of malaise, depression, burn-out, anxiety, or a life transition (separation, bereavement, reconversion, moving, crisis of meaning...). I welcome you face-to-face and/or online, in a confidential, caring and non-judgmental environment.

- Addictions / repetitive behaviors
__Gestalt therapy at a glance__
Gestalt therapy is a humanistic, existential approach that originated in the 1950s. It considers the individual as a whole (body, emotions, thoughts, relationships) in constant interaction with his or her environment.
In our sessions, we start from what you're experiencing here and now: your sensations, your emotions, your needs, your limits. The aim is not to "fix" you, but to help you understand yourself better, regain your "inner independence" and feel more comfortable in your day-to-day life.
To do this, I use active listening and exploratory methods to help you move forward, always at your own pace.
__If you're experiencing depression__
Depression can leave you feeling stuck, drained and hopelessly alone. It's treatable! The first step is often to stop carrying on alone: to put things into words, to break the isolation, and to be accompanied in a safe environment.
My role is to help you get back in touch (with yourself and with others), identify what's weighing you down, and gradually regain energy and concrete support for everyday life. __Process / framework__
- 45-minute face-to-face / video__sessions__
- __Face-to-face__ in a clear, respectful and confidential setting. The office is located on the first floor of a white building, making it easily identifiable:
- __Address__: Rue de la Porcelaine 3, 1260 Nyon, opposite the port of Nyon
- __Public transport__: buses nearby (buses 803 and 811 stop: Usine à Gaz) from downtown (from Nyon train station, a 9-minute walk) and opposite the port.
- __Parking__: public parking lots available near the port and downtown.
- __Online__, whichever is most comfortable and convenient for you, with slots available early in the morning or late in the day, with the last session at 7 p.m.
__Rates & payment__
- __Individual session__: CHF 100 / 45 min.
- __Payment__ to be made on the day of the session or when booking online.
- Payment methods accepted: Twint, bank transfer, credit cards (invoice), cash,
- __Coverage by Swiss complementary health insurance__: ASCA approval pending.
- __Cancellations__ must be notified by email[(

- In the event of __late__ arrival, the session cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.
