__Relationship with money__ - __The search for meaning, spirituality, and extraordinary experiences__ ## __About Gestalt Therapy__ Gestalt therapy is an approach to psychotherapy that emerged in the 1950s in the United States, developed by a group of thinkers from diverse backgrounds: psychoanalysis, psychology, theater, dance, literature… This rich interdisciplinary background gives Gestalt a unique sensibility, one that is both rooted in a nuanced understanding of the human experience and deeply artistic. It arose from the desire to offer a more sensitive and dynamic alternative to psychoanalysis, emphasizing lived experience, the body, relationships, and creativity. In Gestalt therapy, it is believed that a person’s development is strongly influenced by their environment: family, culture, era, and society. __Some contexts foster personal growth; others, on the contrary, can leave deep scars and solidify certain ways of being, of relating to others, or of protecting oneself.__ The therapeutic work involves identifying the patterns that have taken root, often very early in life. These mechanisms may now limit a person in their relationships, their relationship with themselves, with love, with money, with work, or with creativity. Therapy unfolds within the dynamic relationship between the client and the therapist. It is within this space that emotions and desires can flow freely once more—allowing you to rediscover choice, freedom, and movement.
