Regular consultations can be booked directly with the secretaries or on this website. For same-day emergencies (fever, cough, acute problems not requiring hospital emergency care), please contact the secretaries, as reserved slots are not available on Onedoc. These urgent consultations can take place at the surgery, which is always preferable, or by video or telephone. In the latter two cases, you'll need to give the secretaries your contact details: name of your health insurance company, insurance card number, AVS number, postal address, e-mail address and cell phone number. These urgent in-office consultations are also available to patients who have never been to the practice before. Urgent telephone or video consultations (only available to patients who have already been to the practice) are billed in the same way as in-person consultations. There are no telephone or video consultations outside emergencies.
I do not perform covid tests in the office. If you are coughing, covid positive or frail, please wear a mask as soon as you enter the practice.

Dr. Ory only performs driving license tests on patients for whom he is the attending physician. A full laboratory and a visit to the ophthalmologist (not the optician) is essential before each license extension. A fee of CHF 140, payable only by debit or credit card and not in cash, and not reimbursed by health insurance, will be charged in addition to the consultation and laboratory fees.
Missed appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment (this period includes weekends, when appointments can be cancelled here) will be billed at CHF 150, which is non-refundable by the insurance company.
E-mail requests (prescriptions, medical information, delegation vouchers) will be billed in the same way as telephone calls.
Thank you and see you soon!
