### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Dr. Sandy Boyer is a specialist in general internal medicine. She supports patients in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, offering comprehensive care tailored to the needs of each individual.
She has been based at the Centre médical des Charpentiers since September 2021. Her practice covers all areas of general internal medicine, including chronic disease management, check-ups and prevention, as well as the management of common medical problems on an outpatient basis.
Dr. Boyer has benefited from a wide range of postgraduate training in a number of hospitals. In particular, she practiced in outlying hospitals such as the Centre Hospitalier du Valais Romand and the Luzerner Höhenklinik Montana, where she developed solid clinical experience in the management of patients with a wide range of medical needs.
She also completed her university training with Unisanté, reinforcing her skills in primary care medicine, prevention and longitudinal follow-up of patients. This experience enables her to offer a person-centred approach, based on listening, continuity of care and coordination with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
