About me

I grew up in Germany, where I earned my doctorate and completed my training as a specialist in general medicine as well as additional qualifications in emergency and palliative medicine. My work is guided by a holistic understanding of health and disease. I like to complement my treatments with complementary methods such as phytotherapy (treatment with medicinal plants), nutrition, and gut health. I also integrate approaches from mind-body medicine to help the body regain its balance. Another important focus for me is disease prevention through a healthy lifestyle, which I am happy to support with counseling. Since 2023, I have been working as a general practitioner in Graubünden.
